Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core AI models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in high-throughput environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning and neural networks, publishing findings where applicable.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system scalability and robustness to handle enterprise-grade data loads.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
