- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proofing initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Design predictive models for market disruption scenarios across 15+ industries
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or C-suite innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused frameworks adopted by major corporations
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech publications
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global strategy work
