Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry shifts and competitive threats
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global economic and geopolitical uncertainties
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into viable product prototypes
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to track innovation progress and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (strongly preferred)
