Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces and decentralized systems
- Establish innovation pipelines with global research institutions and startups
- Quantify market readiness and ROI for emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with rigorous KPI tracking
- Curate and mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience with venture capital ecosystem and startup incubation
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
