Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-focused technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous AI systems
- Architect scalable solutions for 10TB+ real-time data processing with sub-50ms latency
- Drive adoption of emerging standards in federated learning and edge computing infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and MVP development cycles
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Publish industry whitepapers on sustainable tech practices for 2026 compliance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in distributed systems with 3+ years in quantum or AI infrastructure leadership
- Expertise in Rust, Kubernetes, and TensorFlow/PyTorch ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging tech (2019-2023)
- Certified in AWS/GCP quantum computing services and CI/CD DevOps
- Track record of launching production systems processing >1B daily transactions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics preferred
