Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technology strategy, specifically aligning product roadmaps with the anticipated trends and capabilities of 2026.
- Technology Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems, focusing on AI integration, cloud migration, and data sovereignty.

- Team Management: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product managers to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
- Risk & Compliance: Oversee technical risk assessment and ensure compliance with evolving global data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic or executive capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
