Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models tailored for 2026 market demands and predictive analytics.
- Lead the integration of quantum-resistant encryption and emerging quantum computing protocols into core systems.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps and strategic vision for the engineering department.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability across global cloud infrastructures.
- Stay abreast of global tech trends to provide strategic insights to the C-suite.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or deep learning optimization is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
