Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 2025+ tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or blockchain systems
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams (minimum 50 personnel)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics/Economics
- Fluency in Python, C++, and emerging quantum programming languages
