Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating future-tech solutions into core products
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-tech insights to board members and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Secure patents and IP for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Experience with Fortune 500 tech roadmapping and implementation
- Certified in AI/ML strategy (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
