Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex computational challenges

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
