Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and emerging tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and disruption analyses to executive board and investor committees
- Manage a $15M innovation fund for high-impact moonshot projects targeting 2026 commercialization
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Mentor a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and industry domain experts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact at Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech firms
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, climate tech innovation
- Track record of launching at least three industry-defining products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in futures studies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills using Tableau, Power BI, and predictive analytics tools
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology vision and scenario planning deliverables
