Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and neural networks
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 50+ members
- Certified in sustainable tech architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech
- Experience with regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
