- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business strategies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward experimental thinking and rapid iteration
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles within tech-driven organizations
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services post-2020
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience scaling innovation labs or corporate venture functions
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
