Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Identify emerging technologies with 5-7 year commercialization potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight findings into roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative trend modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
