Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market transformation
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in developing prototype solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Identify and validate emerging technologies through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into patentable intellectual property
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact on long-term business growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech-forward organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting products
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on 2026+ technology trends
