Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-integrated systems and neural interface applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies in biotech, energy, and space exploration
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders at global innovation summits
- Curate partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and Singularity University ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or R&D leadership with demonstrated futurist methodology
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier-1 journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent domain expertise
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (AC/SCF preferred)
