Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing technological, economic, and sociocultural megatrends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams to visualize and prepare for future market disruptions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports translating complex data into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (white papers, books, journals)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and consulting stakeholders at C-suite level
