- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product development
- Establish quantitative frameworks for future impact assessment and ROI modeling
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in adaptive thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (2018-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic foresight
- Deep knowledge across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFAP, CFP) preferred
