Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leader with 3+ industry-recognized publications
- Experience leading high-stakes stakeholder engagements with C-suite executives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management required
