Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive forces affecting our industry
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, incubation programs, and future-focused workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD) or equivalent experience
