- Develop innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate adaptation initiatives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive futures
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and investment strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology adoption curves
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption and market disruption cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (2020-2025)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
