Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof business models and operational frameworks
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry forums
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Analysis preferred
