- Author trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to implement future-ready technologies
- Represent NextGen at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation cycles
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
