Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends impacting 2026-2030 horizon using AI-driven analytics and ethnographic research
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market entry in emerging sectors (quantum computing, bio-integration, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future vision and execution priorities
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers positioning Nexus as a future-shaping authority

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable materials
- Published thought leadership (books, patents, or industry journal articles) on future trends
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
