Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscape
- Develop predictive models for consumer behavior and industry disruption
- Architect innovation frameworks for next-gen product ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategic priorities with future-proofing objectives
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
