This position reports directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and includes executive exposure across our global ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes, incorporating geopolitical and socioeconomic variables
- Lead 'Future Labs' workshops with C-suite executives to challenge assumptions and co-create strategic pivots
- Build proprietary forecasting frameworks using machine learning and human-centered design principles
- Partner with R&D to translate futurist insights into product roadmaps with 5-10 year horizons
- Represent InnovateHorizon at Davos, TED, and industry summits as a thought leader on next-decade strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years in innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic predictions with measurable business impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFM, WFS) or equivalent foresight training
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through disruptive transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
