Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future technology adoption
- Design and manage horizon scanning processes to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups into portfolio
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and innovation pipeline management
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3.0
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating insights into executive actions
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR, APF) preferred
