- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/design teams
- Establish KPIs to track adoption of emerging technologies and market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Certification in futures studies (e.g., CFTR, WFS) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in industry journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend-tracking platforms
