Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic visualization tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart)
- Experience scaling agile methodologies across enterprise organizations
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, Web3, and neurotech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
