Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive frameworks for 2026 market disruptions across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for trend acceleration and adoption forecasting
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Curate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureVision Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., MFML, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of market shifts (2018-2023)
