Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends, AI developments, and socio-economic shifts to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Design and implement cutting-edge innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead ideation sprints with C-suite executives and engineering teams to transform future scenarios into tangible product concepts
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives, tracking ROI through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture capital firms
- Present future-vision briefings to stakeholders and investors, securing buy-in for transformational projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches from concept to market
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Futures School) strongly preferred
