Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for assessing future scenarios and strategic implications
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives and market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented thinking and collaborative ideation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms and their business applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend impact assessment, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience working with C-suite executives and presenting to boards of directors
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
