- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Translate abstract technological concepts into market-ready product specifications
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for experimental technologies
- Drive innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in emerging technology
- Proven track record launching at least one breakthrough tech product
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile/Scrum methodologies in research environments
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Physics, Computer Science, Bioengineering)
- Published thought leadership in technology futures
