Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Author compelling scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $10M+ innovation budget
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend mapping
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives launched from foresight work
