Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Technology Strategy
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 2026+ impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certified in scenario planning (e.g., WFS, Shell Methodology) or futures forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate venturing units
