Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and investor boards
- Partner with R&D to accelerate breakthrough innovation cycles
- Author thought leadership on 2026's socioeconomic impacts
- Curate global futurist networks and knowledge ecosystems
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on emerging tech adoption curves
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of biotech/AI convergence points
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact predictions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SSC preferred)
