Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for exponential growth across 15+ business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote presentations, white papers, and industry forums
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers to maintain competitive intelligence advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 10+ years of C-level experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans (5-15 year horizons)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills using advanced analytics platforms
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Experience scaling organizations from $50M to $500M+ valuation
