Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks translating future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Champion innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-state vision
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Establish quantitative models for forecasting market evolution and adoption curves
- Represent company at global futurism forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
