Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends and their commercial implications
- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or innovation projects
