Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ strategic vision through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop predictive models for industry evolution and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-ready principles into organizational DNA
- Produce actionable foresight reports and strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Establish innovation ecosystems with academic, governmental, and private partners
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating decade-long trend predictions and impact
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
