Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in global supply chains
- Partner with R&D to align innovation roadmaps with future market demands
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futurism journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
