Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Design future-ready organizational models and operational blueprints
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Produce actionable foresight reports and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to validate future-viable prototypes and solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track emerging indicators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Mastery of systems thinking and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
