- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test organizational resilience
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership pieces published in industry-leading journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Mentor innovation labs focused on next-generation business models and value creation
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic indicators to refine strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, Foresight Practitioner)
