- Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives against future-vision benchmarks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or successful strategic transformations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
