- Author thought leadership on emerging disruptions and their business implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026+ markets
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
