Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Translate complex future insights into executable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of implementing foresight methodologies in corporate strategy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, metaverse)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends and future economies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 organizations on 5-10 year transformation
