Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype disruptive solutions addressing future societal challenges
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for executive stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario modeling tools
- Published author in futurist journals or prominent industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on long-term tech disruption
