- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Author scenario-planning models and risk-assessment protocols for emerging tech landscapes
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive analytics into strategic decision-making
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
