Job Description
Shape the Future of Intelligence at 2026 Innovations
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to join our elite engineering team. At 2026 Innovations, we are not just building software; we are architecting the cognitive infrastructure of tomorrow. You will lead the design and deployment of next-generation artificial intelligence systems, pushing the boundaries of what machine learning can achieve in real-world applications.
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our AI solutions are scalable, robust, and ethically sound. Join us in defining the standard for the industry in the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI architectures, including microservices, distributed systems, and high-performance computing clusters.
- Model Optimization & Deployment: Spearhead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning frameworks for edge deployment and cloud scalability.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Federated Learning) and integrating them into our stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
- Performance Tuning: Diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks in AI inference pipelines and data pipelines.
- R&D Integration: Drive research projects from the lab to production, ensuring rapid iteration and deployment of innovative features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust. Deep experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering problems and delivering high-impact, scalable systems under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Passion: A deep passion for the future of AI and a commitment to building ethical, responsible artificial intelligence.
