Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends through 2026 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps for disruptive innovation adoption across business units
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Global network of futurists and technology innovators
